The process below shows exactly how things will work when we reopen next Christmas.

1. Share the details

Once the workshop reopens, you’ll be invited to share a few details that help Santa create a truly personal message, such as:

  • Your child’s first name

  • Their age and hometown

  • A gift wish or recent good deed

  • Optional details like pets or siblings

These details help shape a message that feels warm, specific, and believable.

2. We create your message

After you submit your details during the Christmas season, Santa’s Workshop begins crafting your child’s message with care and attention.

Each Santa Moment is thoughtfully written and prepared to reflect the information you provide, ensuring no two messages are ever the same.

To maintain quality, the workshop accepts a limited number of requests each season.

3. Delivery

When the workshop is open, completed Santa letters and videos are delivered digitally — making them perfect for busy families and last-minute planners.

You’ll receive your Santa Moment by email, ready to:

  • Read aloud

  • Share with family

  • Print or save as a keepsake
